About the Department
The Quality Assurance Department is the backbone of NENAP's commitment to academic excellence and institutional standards. We are responsible for monitoring and evaluating all academic programmes, staff performance, and student outcomes to ensure alignment with TVET Authority requirements and international best practices.
Our team conducts regular internal audits, programme reviews, and stakeholder surveys to continuously improve the quality of training delivered at NENAP. We work closely with all departments to maintain and enhance the institution's accreditation status.
