A Bold Step Forward in Youth Empowerment Through Skills Development
The North Eastern National Polytechnic (NENAP) is taking a bold step forward in transforming the lives of our youth. On Saturday 11th April 2026, we hosted an extensive consultative engagement with key leaders from Garissa County, led by the Garissa Township MP, Hon. Major Dekow, accompanied by several Members of the County Assembly (MCAs).
Discussed strategies to mobilize and sensitize our youth toward Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as a viable pathway to success.
Management provided updates on available government scholarships. Youth are encouraged to take advantage of the ongoing KUCCPS applications for the May intake.
Recognizing financial barriers, the Council presented various funding models to ensure that no student is left behind due to a lack of fees.
The leadership team conducted a comprehensive tour of our departmental workshops, witnessing firsthand the modern, industry-standard equipment available to our students.
The North Eastern National Polytechnic is fully equipped and ready to receive thousands of young Kenyans. Our mission aligns with the government's agenda to:
